1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EarWorm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use EarWorm.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EarWorm. By using EarWorm, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create accounts through unauthorized means or impersonate others.
4. User content
EarWorm allows users to save and share songs. You agree not to use EarWorm to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Song identification is provided as a discovery tool. EarWorm does not host audio files and is not a music streaming service.
5. Creator accounts
Paid plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page, which is the authoritative source for current prices and billing intervals (subject to change with notice). Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use EarWorm for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass other users, to distribute malware, to scrape data without permission, or to circumvent any security or access controls.
7. DMCA / copyright
EarWorm respects intellectual property rights. To submit a DMCA takedown notice, contact dmca@earworm.network with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
8. Disclaimers
EarWorm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of song recognition results. We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from EarWorm.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarWorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EarWorm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
